Cold Front.

Seriously Montana? Fall already? As some of you may know, for Montana Fall=Winter, Winter=Death and Spring=Winter. So to kick off this cold front let me suggest to you my personal Winter Survival Kit.

1. The Wool Coat
a. you'll be wearing the thing for half the year, make a statement.
b. use one for casual clothing, and one for dresses etc.

2. The Boot
a. okay Ugg boots are comfortable and although many may scoff it CAN be done right. Your fatal mistake would be using the Ugg for everyday use.
b. opt for boots with a little more substance. Both these choices are sturdy and stylish.

3. Tights
a. why cut dresses out entirely during the winter when you can comfortably wear them with tights?
b. choose thick tights when its extra chilly. that way you won't be trembling in your stylish snow stompin' boots.

4. The Dress
a. even the dreary winter days deserve a "go-to" dress.
b. go lighter on the dress you've already piled on the wool (or you should've) you'll be fine.
 Forever 21

Here's the final word: Splurge on your warm pieces (coat, boots, tights). You'll never regret having staples that last years. Go easy on the wallet with the dresses, those will go in and out of style. Wool coats will never be out. Ever.
